how to get the app files: rename the appname.ipa to appname.zip and extract the files, look in the payload folder and there is the .app file
1) Open up you SSH client (I Prefer winSCP for windows, CyberDUCK for MAC)
2) Type in your iPhone/iPod's IP adress
3) Type in your username and password:
Username: root
Password: alpine
4) navigate to "<root>" and click on the "/Applications" folder
5) Copy your .app folder into the "/Applications" folder
6) Right click the .app and set permissions to 777 (RECURSIVE)
8) Close SSH client, restart your iPhone/iPod or use respring
9) Enjoy!
